- Clean everything from your dining room table as well as the buffet. You need every flat surface to be free of clutter and you need to make sure it is clean.

- Use your favorite cleaning product to clean the dining table and sideboard. Make sure there is no dirt or stuck-on food. If you have a tablecloth to protect your table, and you have a nice table, you should consider removing the tablecloth during your visit.
