Is there meaning in the moment?

There is wisdom for you in the morning songs of the birds outside your window and in the soft murmurs of an ebbing sea. Even the ordinary, all the Every day the events in your life carry communications from the realm of the spirit.

Website design By BotEap.comHave you ever wondered if there is a meaning behind the everyday events of life? Or a groundhog shows up and stays instead of shuffling off to a den or secret hideout. Or maybe a hawk swoops in every time you venture out.

Website design By BotEap.comAre these random occurrences? Is there any meaning behind the appearance of these animals at this time?

Website design By BotEap.comYes and no.

Website design By BotEap.comIf you feel there is a connection, some meaning behind these sightings, then there is. If, on the other hand, you barely noticed any of the animals or barely felt a connection, then probably not, not right now.

Website design By BotEap.comSometimes we pass each other randomly, other times there is meaning in the passage.

Website design By BotEap.comI think that those times when I see an animal that is not usually close to people or my area, or when I see an animal repeatedly, these visits are visits intended for me and the meaning of these visits is for me to guess.

Website design By BotEap.comLet me give you an example from my life right now. For the past three weeks, every time I step outside or look out the kitchen window, a beautiful, large Tiger Swallowtail butterfly drifts by. And he stays as long as I do. Sometimes it’s the yellow and black version of Tiger Swallowtail and other times it’s the mostly black version.

Website design By BotEap.comAt first I thought it was a wonderful sign of the vitality of summer. But as the sightings became more frequent, I began to feel a deeper connection and symbolic meaning.

Website design By BotEap.comAccording to Denise Linn in her book, The secret language of signsbutterfly signals a powerful new beginning, a time of transformation, beauty and new consciousness, a rebirth.

Website design By BotEap.comButterfly reminds us that life is a dance, a journey from moment to moment, from flower to flower, from experience to experience. The sweetness of life is experienced in dance… or perhaps the sweetness of life is experienced in the way we choose to dance.

Website design By BotEap.comThe butterfly is a totem that has flown into my life on several occasions. The first time I remember was during my first Feng Shui training. I had a powerful dream in which a butterfly emerged from its chrysalis, spread its beautiful wings and took off. Initially, my idea was to call my business Emerging Butterfly, but then I realized that I was the emerging butterfly. Emerging from what had been and taking off, flying toward what was to be.

Website design By BotEap.comThe butterfly that appears in my life now is also significant. I am in a time of change and transition in my life once again. Only this time, the transition involves my family and our relationships with each other. As we move from parent-child relationships to adult ones, we all need to break free of our past patterns and embrace each other as we are now: loving adults. (Of course, I will always be the mom!) And in this transition, I feel our space condense, strengthen, and crystallize.
