Website design By BotEap.comDuring a beautiful sunny day, around 70 degrees, (two weeks ago), my husband and I took out our boat with our oldest son, daughter-in-law and grandson. We drove our boat to a nearby public island to walk along the water, sit on the sand, and watch birds, pelicans, seagulls, and a heron fly and swim. It was an amazing afternoon!

Website design By BotEap.comWhat outing can you do with your family to go out and enjoy nature?

Website design By BotEap.comI found a magic pill that helps clear the cobwebs from your mind, gives you more energy, improves your relationships, and even makes you look better. The lozenge is not a lozenge, it is a pair of athletic shoes.

Website design By BotEap.comMy husband likes to walk 2 miles, early in the morning, several times a week near our house. Sometimes you will see one of our neighbors and they will talk for a few minutes standing 6 feet away! Come home from your walk feeling invigorated!

Website design By BotEap.comMy dad, Dr. Robert J. Frank, a retired physician, land developer, and builder, worked out every day until the mid-80s at his home gym or local gym. It said, “I’m going to the exercise room.” He didn’t like going to the gym, but said, “It keeps me flexible and moving.” He also enjoyed reading detective stories, thriving on problem solving, and enjoyed planting a garden every year. Dad said, “It was important to eat right, control your weight, and exercise regularly at least 3 days a week.”

Website design By BotEap.comEven after a short exercise session, you begin to reap the benefits of exercising and immediately feel the benefits of that exercise for several hours afterward.

Website design By BotEap.comHere you have a challenge. Schedule time this week to unwind by going out and enjoying some vitamin D (or vitamin ‘N’ for nature), and let me know how you feel!

Website design By BotEap.comEverything will feel better. Remind yourself, your family members, coworkers, and friends to schedule some time for nature. Whether that means walking around the block, walking, or running 2 miles. Cut your phone and watch nature.
