  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into rooster-size strips
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 cups of fusilli pasta
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 dashes Italian seasoning
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Website design By BotEap.com Sauté chicken in olive oil over medium high heat in a large pot for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta, broth, garlic and half and half to the pot. Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil, reducing the heat once it boils. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Website design By BotEap.comReduce heat to medium-low before adding broccoli. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper (and red pepper flakes if using). Stir and remove from heat. Transfer to a serving plate and serve topped with Parmesan cheese.

  • 6 hot dog buns
  • 1 package Rosina Italian-style meatballs
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small pinch of red pepper flakes
Website design By BotEap.com Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, sugar and salt and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Add meatballs and toss, coating with sauce. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Top each with mozzarella cheese and cook on a preheated broiler for 2 minutes (check often to make sure they don’t burn!). Let cool for several minutes before serving.
