Website design By BotEap.comOnce upon a time there was an unusually optimistic boy named Max. Max’s parents were concerned that he was actually unable to see the world as a normal child, so they decided to take him to a psychiatrist to see if he could talk some sense into him.
Website design By BotEap.comThe psychiatrist was getting frustrated with Max’s utter refusal to perceive negativity and was ready to try anything. It was coming up to Christmas and she made a crazy suggestion to Max’s parents. In lieu of gifts this year, she encouraged them to fill the backyard with horse manure. Not knowing what else to do, her parents agreed.
Website design By BotEap.comOn Christmas morning, they were shocked to see Max, instead of being horrified, scream with joy.
Website design By BotEap.com“Why are you so happy, Max?” demanded his parents. “Can’t you see? With all this manure, there must be a pony here somewhere!”

Website design By BotEap.comWe all love experiences that immediately feel like a gift: the financial windfall, the perfect job offer, the date with someone wonderful. It is the other experiences, those that are disguised as something unwanted, that require a change of perception.
