A charity that sends emails must also have a top level domain like .org, .com, .net and the email must come from this domain. The email that payments should go to should also be a real domain and be part of your website. Something like [email protected] or similar. However, as a general rule, reputable charities do not send spam and you will not receive an email from them directly without your consultation.
