This format helps me do just that. It will also help you practice your writing, a lot.

It also helps me organize what I have and makes sure I keep up with article flow. By following this format, you will have absolutely no problem writing an article every day once you get the hang of it.

If not, I can research the additional data I need or just scrap that article idea for a new one. I always have lots of ideas, don’t you? Sometimes working with the item outline template will push the piece or idea in a slightly different direction. Website design By BotEap.comIn addition to a Hooker Headline, you’ll need an opening sentence and a Hooker paragraph. One that draws your reader in and gives them reasons to start or continue reading. Based on this paragraph, readers often decide to read the article or not, so make it as strong as you can. You must grab and hold the reader here. Your opening paragraph should be attention-grabbing, short, and descriptive. Sometimes I even use my first paragraph as the “teaser” description of my article.

Website design By BotEap.comWrite at least three supporting sentences for each main point of your article. Usually there are five to seven main features in an article. However, I often write five to seven supporting sentences for each main feature for a slightly longer and deeper piece. I will also add more support for each main function if there are only three or four in the part. If there are any online references or websites you would like to include, place them in bullet points at the end of the paragraph. You can also include a quote, an anecdote and another reference to develop the main feature if you wish. You can start with an anecdote or quote if you have a strong one to pique the interest of readers.

Website design By BotEap.comWrite a good closing summary of your article as a conclusion to your arguments or information. Leave the reader wanting more: You are not writing a definitive article on the subject. You don’t have the time, space, or need to do that. Provide a lot of GOOD information, but if there are things you should leave out, great. Include them in one more article, apart from two, etc. if you need it. There is no problem with that. Be sure to tidy up, clean up, and edit what you’ve written, at least twice. Finally, I might add, …for even more useful tips and information on “your topic” go to “your website, email, etc.” It’s really a nice touch if you can join your closure with your opening.
