One small step to generate leads from Facebook

Website design By BotEap.comThe secret to a custom landing page

Website design By BotEap.comFacebook is here to stay. And many businesses are trying to use Facebook to generate leads as part of their internet marketing plan.

Website design By BotEap.comSo far, they haven’t been so lucky. That’s when we came across custom Facebook home pages and how it really is a great way to generate leads and sales.

Website design By BotEap.comAnd just so you know, it’s actually a 3-step concept (I know, big surprise right?). /p>Some of you may know what I’m already talking about; however, most companies really don’t.

Website design By BotEap.comSo, let’s update for a moment. This is how businesses today are using Facebook.

  1. They created a Facebook page,
  2. make some posts
  3. Tell your friends to “like” you (this helps them get a following before they start telling their business partners/customers about your efforts on Facebook).
  4. Then (once they have built their trust in Facebook) they tell their customers/business partners
  5. They make some more posts

Website design By BotEap.comFacebook Marketing in 3 Easy Steps: Using a Custom Facebook Page in Your Internet Marketing Plan

At Markomm (an internet marketing company), we have helped some of our clients launch this particular campaign and have seen some really good results:

  • More traffic to your website
  • More leads come from this technique
  • Our customers are very happy.
Website design By BotEap.comThis is how this system works:

Website design By BotEap.comStep 1: Yes, it is necessary to establish a “Call to Action”. There is no surprise there. However, you should make your call to action more of a “value add” for the consumer. For example, we work with several window treatment distributors. A high value ad would be a “white paper” that someone could download. Around the holidays, you could easily write a white paper on “5 Amazing Tablescapes for Your Dinner Party.”

Website design By BotEap.comStep 2: Set up a form on your website that will ask for the consumer’s name and email (that’s really all you’ll need at this point… don’t let the form get out of hand).

Website design By BotEap.comStep 3:(This is where the magic happens) You develop a custom landing page on your Facebook website. And this is not just adding a tab or something small like that. You’re actually adding a graphic image that embeds your awesome call-to-action (which you set up in step 1).

Website design By BotEap.comThe image has a very strong call to action. It is very easy to identify what you (the company) would like the customer to do. And generate the desired result!

Many companies use Facebook as a tool in their overall internet marketing plan. This process will help you see some very strong results from your Facebook campaigns.

Website design By BotEap.comAnd there is one last detail… well, actually two.

Website design By BotEap.comFinal detail #1: Turn your Facebook splash page into your new personalized home page. This means that anyone you haven’t “liked” on Facebook will land on this particular page.

Website design By BotEap.comFinal detail #2: Market – Send out a few blast emails to your current group of customers and invite them to your Facebook page. Also, send a few emails from a list of prospects. You can also do PPC advertising on Facebook on your personalized Facebook page.

Website design By BotEap.comWhat you’ll find is that your list will grow, you’ll provide value to consumers, you’ll see some extra leads coming in right away, and in the long run, you’ll see a nice increase in sales just by implementing this little strategy.

Website design By BotEap.comNow, obviously, there are several minor steps in this three-step process (ie, writing the email, identifying the list, developing the graphic, etc.). These are all things we can help you with. If you are interested in implementing this strategy as part of your internet marketing plan, please call Jeff at 866-503-7673 or fill out the form on the Markomm website.
