The soil is saturated in preparation to release hidden seeds into their destination of beauty and fragrance. A dense and heavy presence of moisture hangs in the air. A flock of geese flies overhead, praising the faint whispers of courting spring, calling them home from their journey south. Fresh buds begin to show their first flashes of green after the dark brown and gray of winter. The birds sing songs of new love between the jingle of my wind chimes.
